Apple introduced the new artificial intelligence or AI technology as ‘Apple Intelligence’ at its developer conference. Before the final version arrives, the beta version of iOS 18.1 has the opportunity to use 6 features of Apple Intelligence. Apple Intelligence’s writing tool, improved version of Siri, AI-based mail, AI-based notification summarization, image search tool through text and call recording feature will be available through this update.

Download the iOS 18.1 beta version on iPhone and iPad
As the new beta version will be available on iPhone and iPad after enrolling in Apple’s developer beta program. Then follow the below steps to install –
- Access Settings on iPhone and iPad.
- After that tap on ‘Beta Update’ option.
- Tap on ‘iOS 18.1 Developer Beta’ for iPhone and ‘iPadOS 18.1’ for iPad.
- Go back to the previous page and tap on the ‘Download and Install’ button.

- Enter the Mac’s Settings.
- Then select software update option from general option
- Go back to the previous page and click on Update & Install option.
How to turn on the Apple Intelligence feature
A waitlist for Apple Intelligence after iOS 18.1 developer beta download or Must be on the waiting list. For this follow the below steps.
- Go to device settings option
- Go to Apple Intelligence and Siri Options
- Tap on ‘Join the Apple Intelligence Waitlist’ option
- Now select ‘Join Waitlist’ option.
